Scattered Sites

Scattered sites are a collection of affordable housing units located throughout the City of Alameda and are owned by either the Housing Authority of the City of Alameda (AHA) or the Alameda Affordable Housing Corporation (AAHC). Please direct all property management requests to (510) 217-8683 or send email to aha@assetliving.com or aahc@assetliving.com. Please consult your lease to determine which email address to use.

AHA MAIN OFFICE DAILY HOURS SCHEDULE CHANGE:

The new daily hourly schedule at AHA’s main office is now 8:30am to 3pm, Monday through Thursday.  Please also note that AHA’s main office will be closed from 12:30 to 1pm, Monday through Thursday.

AHA Offices are closed to the public every Friday.
