Notice of Public Comment Period for the Public Housing Agency Plan, Moving to Work Supplement, and Five-Year Plan for Fiscal Year Starting July 1, 2025.

The Housing Authority of the City of Alameda is accepting written comments on its proposed Annual Plan, MTW Supplement and 5-Year Plan for the fiscal year starting July 1, 2025. The proposed plans are available for public review through January 12, 2025 at www.alamedahsg.org/about-us/public-notices/ or a hardcopy can be viewed at the Housing Authority of the City of Alameda Office at 701 Atlantic Avenue.

Supporting documents may be viewed at the Housing Authority Office.

The public hearing for this 5-Year Plan, Annual Plan and MTW Supplement will be held during the February 2025 Board of Commissioners meeting with an anticipated adoption of the plan in March 2025.

Notification 48 hours prior to the meeting will enable the Housing Authority of the City of Alameda to make reasonable arrangements to ensure accessibility.

Interpreters will be available on request.  Please contact Jasmine Polar, Executive Assistant, at 747-4325 voice or 711 TDD at least 48 hours before the meeting to request an interpreter. 

Agenda materials are available in large print, tape, or disk form upon request.
