Salary Range 18: $33.53 - $40.76/hour

AHA is opening a recruitment for a Rent Stabilization Program Specialist to perform a variety of complex work assignments related to the Housing Authority’s provision of the rent stabilization program, including functions encompassing all facets of rent regulations in Alameda, such as conducting outreach activities, creating program procedures and forms, answering public inquiries and giving public presentations, conducting monitoring for compliance with the ordinance, staffing related committees, and collecting and managing data. This is a non-exempt position, and some evening work is required. Please refer to the job description for the complete range of duties required of this position.

SALARY RANGE 33: $7,859 - $9,554 monthly

The Housing Authority is seeking a team-oriented candidate to plan, direct and manage the asset management function of the Housing Authority's real estate portfolio. The Asset Manager conducts financial, physical and regulatory performance review; develops and monitors capital needs assessment programs; and reviews, recommends and implements financing or refinancing schemes at multi-family and tax credit properties, in addition to providing professional assistance to the Directors of Property Operations and Housing and Community Development.
