MANAGEMENT ANALYST

SALARY RANGE 33: $8,111 - $9,859/monthly

The Housing Authority is seeking an exceptional, team-oriented candidate to work at the Management Analyst level. Candidates will work on a wide range of analytical, management, and technical assignments supporting AHA operations and programs, and will have the opportunity to perform meaningful and impactful work for an agency dedicated to providing affordable housing in the most impacted region of the nation. The position currently open is in the Executive Administration Department, and will have an emphasis on Yardi, Housing Policy, and procurement. The position is open until filled; applications received by June 30, 2020 at 5:00 pm PST will be included in the first round of review. DIRECTOR OF PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT

SALARY RANGE 50: $12,276 - $14,921/month

AHA is looking for an exceptional real estate professional to become our next Director of Portfolio Management. The Director of Portfolio Management  plans, organizes, manages, and provides direction and oversight for all functions and activities of the Portfolio Management Department (including asset management, property management (both in house and third party management), commercial leases, resident services contracts, office facilities, capital improvements, and maintenance. DIRECTOR OF HOUSING DEVELOPMENT

SALARY RANGE 54: $13,534 - $16,450/month


AHA is looking for an exceptional development professional to oversee and direct the Agency’s Housing Development Department, including acquisition, rehabilitation, and new construction of AHA’s housing units. The position offers a unique opportunity to work on a complete site and structure development project on former Navy property, along with multiple rehabilitation and new development projects throughout the City of Alameda, all geared towards the goals of expanding the supply of affordable housing and preserving the existing affordable units already in place in Alameda. COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER

Salary Range 42: $10,099 - $12,276/month


The Housing Authority is seeking its first Communications Manager. This newly-created position will develop and manage the Agency’s communications and public information activities and services, and will have the opportunity to perform meaningful and impactful work for an agency dedicated to providing affordable housing in the most impacted region of the nation.

RISK MANAGER

Salary Range 42: $10,099 - $12,276/month



The Housing Authority is seeking its first Risk Manager. This newly-created position will provide risk management procedures, policies and analysis to assist various Housing Authority projects and programs, and will have the opportunity to perform meaningful and impactful work for an agency dedicated to providing affordable housing in the most impacted region of the nation. MANAGEMENT ANALYST: Alameda Rent Program
SALARY RANGE 33: $8111- $9859 monthly


The Housing Authority is seeking an exceptional, team-oriented candidate to work at the Management Analyst level. This position will work with the Alameda Rent Program, particularly in the area of database and technical support, including management of the Alameda Rent Program website, and will support a variety of regulatory and policy needs to ensure compliance with the City’s rent ordinance. Duties include policy research and analysis; data analysis and reporting; conducting quality control reviews of staff work; conducting billing and procurement functions; and producing reports, presentations and newsletters for the program. This position is funded by a service agreement with the City of Alameda.

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

SALARY RANGE 42: $10,099 - $12,276/month


The Housing Authority is seeking a team-oriented candidate to oversee projects and initiatives in support of the Alameda Housing Authority (AHA)’s affordable housing development and neighborhood revitalization programs in the City. This may include new construction development, acquisition and rehabilitation of properties, and development for projects for AHA’s nonprofit development affiliate, Island City Development. AHA’s pipeline of multifamily projects includes serving family, homeless, workforce, and senior populations and managing major renovation of occupied properties within AHA’s portfolio.
