Debt and Equity for Rosefield Village

REVISED - Proposals Due:  March 4, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. PST

The Housing Authority of the City of Alameda (AHA) and its nonprofit development affiliate Island City Development (ICD) seek proposals from qualified lenders and tax credit investors to assist in financing the construction of the Rosefield Village Apartments, located at 727 Buena Vista Avenue in the City of Alameda, California (Project). The transaction is expected to close in June 2020.  

The tax credit investor selected through this RFP process will have a 99.99% interest in the LP, and is expected to receive 99.99% of approximately $2,327,565 in annual federal 4% low-income housing tax credits and $2,691,000 in total State Credits. Respondents can propose to serve as construction and/or permanent lender, tax credit investor, or both to the extent legally permitted.

The instructions in the RFP below provide guidance on what the proposal should contain, how it should be organized, submittal requirements, and the deadline.
