RISK MANAGER

Salary Range 37: $8,942 - $10,869/month


(The agency is currently undertaking a salary and benefits survey for exempt positions; final range placement and salary range will be determined prior to extension of an offer)

The Housing Authority is seeking its first Risk Manager. This newly-created position will provide risk management procedures, policies and analysis to assist various Housing Authority projects and programs, and will have the opportunity to perform meaningful and impactful work for an agency dedicated to providing affordable housing in the most impacted region of the nation. Candidates must be able to design, implement and monitor an effective risk management and safety program; evaluate the program; and provide comprehensive reports to management.

HOUSING SPECIALIST III

Salary Range 24: $40.06 - $48.70/hour




AHA is opening a recruitment for a Housing Specialist III position in the Housing Programs Department. This position (the most advanced level in the Housing Specialist series) is responsible for performing a variety of complex work related to AHA’s provision of housing assistance, including day-to-day coordination and quality control of functions such as eligibility, inspections, new leases, reexaminations, and terminations. This position also performs some software troubleshooting, produces a variety of department data, creates reports, conducts bimonthly verification of Housing Assistance Payments (HAP) to landlords, and provides occasional supervision of other department staff. MANAGEMENT ANALYST

SALARY RANGE 32: $7,668 - $9,320 monthly



The Housing Authority is seeking exceptional, team-oriented candidates to work at the Management Analyst level. Candidates will work on a wide range of analytical, management, and technical assignments supporting AHA operations and programs, and will have the opportunity to perform meaningful and impactful work for an agency dedicated to providing affordable housing in the most impacted region of the nation.
Two positions are currently open, both in the Executive Administration Department:
• One position will have an emphasis on human resources
• The second position will have an emphasis on procurement administration, and will perform a broad array of general analytical work for AHA

MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

Salary Range 26: $6,624 to $8,052 per month


AHA is currently recruiting for a Maintenance Supervisor. The Maintenance Supervisor oversees the full range of facilities maintenance duties required to ensure that Housing Authority infrastructure, systems, and facilities are maintained in a safe and effective working condition.
