ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST

SALARY RANGE 15: $31.18 - $37.89/hour

The Accounting Specialist performs a variety of technical and administrative account support duties in the preparation, maintenance, and processing of accounting records and transactions. DIRECTOR OF FINANCE
SALARY RANGE 50: $11,895- $14,458 monthly

The Housing Authority of the City of Alameda (AHA) is seeking a talented finance professional to become its next Director of Finance. The position of Director of Finance reports directly to the Deputy Executive Director. The primary responsibility for the position is to plan, organize, manage, and provide administrative direction and oversight for all functions and activities of the Finance Department. The Department's responsibilities include finance, treasury, accounting, purchasing, billing, payroll, and customer service.

The next Deputy Executive Director for the Housing Authority of the City of Alameda (AHA) will have the opportunity to perform meaningful and impactful work for an agency that is dedicated to providing affordable housing in the most impacted region of the nation. The position of Deputy Executive Director is a newly created position, reporting directly to the Executive Director. The primary responsibility for the position will be to provide high-level managerial and executive assistance to the Agency, particularly in administrative services such as HR, Finance and Operations.

ASSET MANAGER
SALARY RANGE 33: $7,859 - $9,554 monthly



The Housing Authority is seeking a team-oriented candidate to plan, direct and manage the asset management function of the Housing Authority's real estate portfolio. The Asset Manager conducts financial, physical and regulatory performance review; develops and monitors capital needs assessment programs; and reviews, recommends and implements financing or refinancing schemes at multi-family and tax credit properties, in addition to providing professional assistance to the Directors of Property Operations and Housing and Community Development.
