ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST

SALARY RANGE 15: $31.18 - $37.89/hour



AHA is opening a recruitment for an Accounting Specialist in the Finance Department. The Accounting Specialist performs a variety of technical and administrative account support duties in the preparation, maintenance, and processing of accounting records and transactions. RESIDENT MANAGER

$13.50/hour (40 hour work week) plus a two bedroom, rent free apartment


AHA is opening recruitment for a Resident Manager for Parrott Village and Gardens, a 58-unit development on St. Charles, Chapin and Wood Streets in Alameda. The position is open until filled; applications received by April 3, 2019 will be considered in the first review. DEPUTY EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

SALARY RANGE 60: $15,181 - $18,453 monthly


The Housing Authority of the City of Alameda is seeking an experienced administrator to aid the Executive Director in leading the Housing Authority. The agency is interested in candidates with experience in public sector finance, human resources, information technology, and risk management, regardless of specific work in the affordable housing space. An exceptional housing candidate with budget and HR experience would also be considered.

The position of Deputy Executive Director is a newly created position, reporting directly to the Executive Director. The primary responsibility for the position will be to provide high-level managerial and executive assistance to the Agency, particularly in administrative services such as HR, Finance and Operations. The Deputy Executive Director will also serve as the Executive Director in the case of her absence and may cover for Director level staff during their absence.
