RESIDENT MANAGER

$13.50/hour (40 hour work week) plus a two bedroom, rent free apartment


AHA is opening recruitment for a Resident Manager for Parrott Village and Gardens, a 58-unit development on St. Charles, Chapin and Wood Streets in Alameda. The position is open until filled; applications received by April 3, 2019 will be considered in the first review. RENT STABILIZATION PROGRAM SPECIALIST  

Salary Range 18:  $33.53 - $40.76/hour



AHA is opening a recruitment for a Rent Stabilization Program Specialist to perform a variety of complex work assignments related to the Housing Authority’s provision of the rent stabilization program, including functions encompassing all facets of rent regulations in Alameda, such as conducting outreach activities, creating program procedures and forms, answering public inquiries and giving public presentations, conducting monitoring for compliance with the ordinance, staffing related committees, and collecting and managing data. MANAGEMENT ANALYST

Salary Range 32: $7,668 - $9,320 monthly

AHA is seeking its next Management Analyst. HOUSING SPECIALIST II

Salary Range 18: $33.53 - $40.76/hour



AHA is opening a recruitment for a Housing Specialist II position in the Property Operations Department supporting property management functions. Housing Specialists perform difficult and complex duties in accordance with established policies and procedures for the Property Operations Department. Assignment specialties may include marketing units, certifying eligibility, issuing rent increases, tenant communications, waiting list maintenance, reexaminations, or inspections. ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST

ASSET MANAGER
SALARY RANGE 33: $7,859 - $9,554 monthly



The Housing Authority is seeking a team-oriented candidate to plan, direct and manage the asset management function of the Housing Authority's real estate portfolio. The Asset Manager conducts financial, physical and regulatory performance review; develops and monitors capital needs assessment programs; and reviews, recommends and implements financing or refinancing schemes at multi-family and tax credit properties, in addition to providing professional assistance to the Directors of Property Operations and Housing and Community Development.

SUMMER INTERN

SALARY: $17.00/hour

The Housing Authority of the City of Alameda (AHA) is excited to announce the availability of up to three internship positions for the summer of 2019. Interns will have the opportunity to work on a variety of assignments that will involve learning about the process of developing, rehabilitating and operating affordable housing. The position will assist with real estate projects in various stages of development, Housing Authority program administration, project and asset management support, and various research projects.
