This class qualifies as credit for Neighborworks CHAM (Certified Housing Asset Management) Program.

Community Garden Wait List

The Bay Eagle Community Garden is currently accepting AHA tenants onto its wait list. Garden plots will be assigned as they become available to eligible gardeners in the order received. All potential gardeners must reside in the City of Alameda.

AHA Earns High Performer Award

The Housing Authority of the City of Alameda is proud to announce that it was awarded with a certificate recognizing AHA as a 2017 Housing Choice Voucher Program High Performer by the Department of Housing and Urban Development. Housing Programs Director, Lynette Jordan, and Maurice Harold, Housing Programs Supervisor, accepted the award on behalf of AHA at the NAHRO (National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials) Northern California/Nevada Chapter Annual Conference in January.
